This is one of the most brilliant cinematographic scenes. Simply amazing.

I didn't want to see this movie. I remember the song by LL Cool J+I hated it. I thought, "If this song scores the movie, I don't want anything to do with it." The lyrics:

"Deepest, bluest. My hat is like a shark fin."

C'mon, now!

My brother convinced me. We were talking about my shark obsession+he asked if I'd seen Deep Blue Sea. After some back+forth, we decided to watch it.

Not only was it engaging, but the scene above... the peak of the movie, really... it just sealed the deal for me.

Sam Jackson+sharks. Does it get any better?
